Once known as the most prestigious animal hotel in Malaysia, Hotel Paws was the ultimate staycation destination for animals far and wide. With luxurious rooms, attentive service, and a reputation for excellence, it was once the pride of the animal hospitality world. However, everything changed the day the hotel was sold to a new owner, Ms Eeshma. She arrived with grand promises of taking Hotel Paws to even greater heights, claiming she would modernise the hotel and make it better than ever. But behind the polished words, Ms Eeshma had other plans. Instead of investing in the hotel, she neglected its upkeep and kept the profits for herself. As the months passed, the once-glamorous hotel slowly began to fall into disrepair. The rooms became tired, the service became inconsistent, and customers who once loved Hotel Paws began to leave disappointed and frustrated. The sparkle that once made the hotel legendary was fading fast. Hotel Manager Kyra, who had dedicated herself to the hotel since its earliest days, could no longer watch it crumble in silence. Determined to save the place she loved, she reached out to TAWS Incorporation for help. In response, TAWS sent a new wave of interns to breathe life back into the hotel, restore its lost glory, and help uncover whether Hotel Paws can rise again from the shadows of neglect. Now, the future of Hotel Paws depends on teamwork, dedication, and a little bit of paw-sitive chaos as the interns step in to transform the hotel before it is too late.
