The NextGen ESG Innovation Hackathon is a full-day team competition where students develop practical, feasible and impactful solutions to a sustainability challenge set by the organisers. Participants will work in teams, refine their proposed solutions with support from mentors, and present their final submissions to a judging panel. 📅 Date: Tuesday, 06 October 2026 📍 Venue: The Grand Hall, Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus, Subang Jaya ⏰ Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM 👥 Team size: 3–5 members per team 🎓 Who can join: Taylor's University students (any faculty) and Taylor's College / Taylor's Education Group / invited partner schools 📤 What you'll submit: a presentation deck + implementation plan (Track B), or a working prototype + presentation deck (Track A) ⏳ Registration closes: Wednesday, 23 September 2026, 11:59 PM Competition tracks: Track A — Prototype Innovation Develop an ESG solution supported by a working, demonstrable or clearly testable prototype. Final submission: prototype, presentation deck and concise implementation plan. Track B — Sustainability Idea & Pitch Develop an ESG solution presented through a presentation deck and concise implementation plan.
